H2 is seeking an Quality Assurance Manager to join our current contract supporting Naval Air Systems - Aviation Readiness and Resource Analysis in Patuxent River, MD. The focus of this work is supporting the research, development, analysis, and evaluation of Information Technology (IT) solutions across the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE), including the Aviation Logistics Environment (ALE).

The Quality Assurance Manager:

  • Directs quality assurance operations.

  • Develops and controls quality programs.

  • Monitors conformance with Quality Assurance standards and procedures.

  • Conducts quality assurance training for employees.

  • Suggests methods for improving product quality, design, or processes.

To be successful in this role as an Quality Assurance Manager, candidates must have the following skills and experience:

  • BS or BA degree.

  • 10+ years of experience with quality assurance support.

  • In depth experience with quality assurance standards and procedures.

  • Active Secret clearance at time of application is required.

  • Must be a US Citizen.
